Shipping & Returns

Once your order is received, we will be processing and shipping. If it's before 4pm center time possibly will be ship same day. After 4pm next day. Weekends ships Monday Morning, if its Personalized / customize item it between 2 working days. You will receive a notification stating that your order was shipped. All sales are Finals (applies to physical and digital products) We do not accept returns.

• If your product is damaged or spilled, you must provide pictures and/or videos for proof

 Solamente YO does not accept order cancellations before or after the order has been shipped. Everyone's order is packaged in the same order the orders were placed! 

 Solamente YO does not accept order returns or exchanges after products were shipped, there are Covid 19 precautionary reasons!

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email us.  Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps us attend to your needs quicker, send proof of your order, and information, and a picture of the items that you received.  we will give you discount code for your next purchase and resent your right ordered to make up for the mix up!

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check-out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to the sender, there is an additional shipping fee.

we are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting us right way.

When delivering the product to USPS offices, all responsibility for delivery to the final destination is the third-party company in charge of shipping (USPS). Returns are allowed within 14 days. All product's must be returned at consumer expense. The product cannot be opened or used and has to be in original packaging. There will be a restocking fee of 20% plus original shipping cost. No refunds only store credit. Products with discount or coupon code are final sale.
