Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods or product restocks, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll gladly assist in helping you locate it through the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Solamente YO ships only within the United States. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
